Q: How soon will my order ship after I place it?
A: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to ship. We work Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm central time. If you place your order at Friday at 7 pm, the first business day doesn't start until the following Monday. 
Q: How do I track my order? 
A: After you complete your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number.
Q: Do you allow returns?
A: We do not allow returns; all sales are final.
Q: Why can I not buy a grill?
A: We prefer you buy a grill from your local dealer. We prefer you buy all of our products from your local dealer, but realize there may not be a dealer in every city. 
Q: Why do I have to pay for shipping?
A: We prefer you buy from your local dealer, who will not charge you for shipping.
Q: Will you ever run any sales or discounts online?
A: We do not intend on running any sales or discounts on our website.
